Whenever I see a dog print in mud or even muddy pawprints on my floor, I smile because they remind me that there is unconditional love in the world, and in my home. A friend of mine flies a paramotor, and one day during an outing in Chattanooga, TN, a balloon floated into the air with a note tied to the end of the string. My friend went over, grabbed the balloon and rescued the note.
If only we could all leave such lasting impressions of love, loyalty and selfelssness as our dogs leave with us. Leave paw prints of love wherever you’ve been, so the people in your life know they are unconditionally loved. As Will Rogers once said,
“If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went.”
For anyone who’s ever lost their best friend.
Namaste,
